Can you help us before tax season starts?
Yes. We recommend a checkup a few weeks before season to update, test backups and replace anything at risk of failing.
Can you help with the security measures in our written information security plan (WISP)?
Yes. We put in place and document the technical safeguards a WISP calls for, like MFA, encryption, backups and access control. We don’t provide legal or compliance certification.
Do you support our practice software?
We don’t administer industry software, but we support the computers, network, Microsoft 365 and backups it runs on, and we work with your software vendor’s support team when an issue needs both sides.
Do you offer monthly support?
Yes. Choose a monthly support plan or pay per visit or project.
Can you work after hours during tax season?
Yes, for planned work like updates and migrations, so your team isn’t interrupted.
